Recipes:
Moose Kabobs – made by Shelly & Bill
Cut 2 lbs. moose meat into 1 1/2 squares. Marinate 4 hours in mixture of:
2 lemons
4 T olive oil
2 T grated onion
1 1/2 T chili powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic (mashed to a pulp)
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. salt (optional)
Run marinated meat on skewers alternating with halves of cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and small onions. Broil.
